Judge Sheehan hears arguments about releasing Emily Ball, juvenile involved in one of Kenton County’s most gruesome murders
Kenton Circuit Judge Marty Sheehan heard arguments today on the motion of Emily Ball’s attorneys to release her from jail. The Kenton County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office has strongly opposed the motion.
